At BAPARTS.com, we stand behind the parts we sell. If something doesn’t work out, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The part must be in the same condition you received it

Must include the original tag or label, if applicable

Cannot be disassembled, installed, or tampered with
To start a return, please contact us at [insert contact email or link] with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Restocking Fees
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, especially if the item was ordered incorrectly or no longer needed.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong part and need the correct one, we’re happy to help you make the swap. Just reach out and we’ll walk you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain parts are non-returnable, including:

Electrical components (ECUs, modules, sensors, etc.)

Items marked as “core only” or “as-is”

Custom orders or special-request parts
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. We may request photos to help speed up the process.
